Team Leader, Pathways to Progress
While following the mission, vision, and core values of St. Francis Community Services, the Pathways to Progress Team Leader is responsible for overseeing long-term case management and other wrap-around services that increase the economic mobility of impoverished families in the St. Louis area.
Position Summary:
The individual in this position supervises case managers; assists staff in problem-solving; assesses and assigns caseloads; monitors and improves policies and procedures; ensures services meet quality and accreditation standards; reports outcomes; provides opportunities for staff training and development; responds to client questions, complaints or suggestions; assists with workshops and presentations; supports the staff of the Chief Community Officer for Catholic Charities by tours and providing program overviews/presentations.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated commitment to, and experience in, working with low-income individuals/families struggling with social and economic challenges.
- Graduate degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field, coupled with at least three years of experience in case management.
- Two or more years of experience in a supervisory role is strongly preferred.
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse tasks.
