Team Leader, Pathways to Progress



While following the mission, vision, and core values of St. Francis Community Services, the Pathways to Progress Team Leader is responsible for overseeing long-term case management and other wrap-around services that increase the economic mobility of impoverished families in the St. Louis area.

 

Position Summary:


The individual in this position supervises case managers; assists staff in problem-solving; assesses and assigns caseloads; monitors and improves policies and procedures; ensures services meet quality and accreditation standards; reports outcomes; provides opportunities for staff training and development; responds to client questions, complaints or suggestions; assists with workshops and presentations; supports the staff of the Chief Community Officer for Catholic Charities by tours and providing program overviews/presentations.

 

Qualifications:


  1. Demonstrated commitment to, and experience in, working with low-income individuals/families struggling with social and economic challenges.
  2. Graduate degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field, coupled with at least three years of experience in case management.
  3. Two or more years of experience in a supervisory role is strongly preferred.
  4. Able to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse tasks.
