Chris Stephen as the New Executive Director/CEO of St. Patrick Center

 

St. Louis, MO, May 31, 2024—Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis is pleased to announce Chris Stephen's appointment as the new Executive Director/CEO for St. Patrick Center. Currently serving as the Vice President of the St. Patrick Center Board of Directors, Chris will assume his new role on June 3, 2024.

 

Chris brings experience and a proven leadership, strategy, and community service track record. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He has an extensive background in various executive positions at Emerson, including Vice President roles in Digital Human Resources, IT Strategy, Architecture and Research, Digital Engagement, and the Program Management Office. His career at Emerson has equipped him with robust leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

"His vision includes expanding homeless services across the entire Archdiocese of St. Louis, developing a new shared services model, and fostering collaboration with other service providers. His strategic approach promises to enhance client experience and outcomes, improve employee satisfaction and retention, and ensure the long-term success of the ministry."

 

Chris' dedication to community service is a testament to his commitment. His active involvement with St. Patrick Center and Focus St. Louis and his membership in Immacolata parish reflect his deep-rooted passion for making a difference. This commitment extends beyond his professional achievements, making him an ideal leader for St. Patrick Center.
