Catholic Charities of St. Louis Awarded Accreditation from The Joint Commission

ST. LOUIS, MO, November 7, 2025 – Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis (Catholic Charities) has earned Accreditation from The Joint Commission. This independent, evidence-based standards-setting organization establishes the benchmark for safe, high-quality care through its accreditation process. This accomplishment formally recognizes Catholic Charities’ ongoing commitment to meeting rigorous performance standards and delivering the safest, highest-quality care and services to those it serves.
Catholic Charities underwent a rigorous, onsite survey in September 2025. During the visit, a team of Joint Commission surveyors assessed compliance across key areas, including leadership, environment of care, infection prevention and control, performance improvement, and client safety.
“Achieving accreditation from The Joint Commission is a powerful affirmation of our mission and our commitment to excellence in service,” said Dr. Jared Bryson, President and CEO of Catholic Charities of St. Louis. “Every day, our team works to uphold the highest standards of care and compassion. This recognition reflects the dedication and professionalism of our staff and reinforces our promise to deliver services that respect the dignity of every person.”
Joint Commission surveyors conducted on-site observations and interviews to identify performance strengths and opportunities for continued improvement. With decades of expertise and a data-driven accreditation process, The Joint Commission helps ensure that organizations adhere to leading quality and safety practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and commitment to those they serve.
